A PHASE II EVALUATION OF PREOPERATIVE CHEMORADIOTHERAPY UTILIZING INTENSITY MODULATED RADIATION THERAPY (IMRT) IN COMBINATION WITH CAPECITABINE AND OXALIPLATIN FOR RECTAL CANCER PATIENTS WITH LOCALLY ADVANCED RECTAL CANCER
Reminder:
Per section 5.1.2 of RTOG Protocol 0822, the first case from an Institution is required to have a Rapid Review prior to delivering any protocol treatment.
Please allow 3 business days for this review to be completed once the data has been submitted to the ITC.
When scheduling the patient please allow ample time for treatment planning as well as this review process.
You will be notified if the case is in compliance or requires resubmission.
Subsequent cases do not need to be reviewed prior to treatment.
Please notify your affiliates who are not on e-mail.

Per previous Broadcasts, web-based data submission became MANDATORY as of May 14, 2007 for all forms available for web-entry for all cases enrolled through RTOG. A complete listing of forms available for web data submission is available at http://www.rtog.org/members/webreg.html
